Edges have froze back up some with the colder weather. So, I went out for a couple hours.
Fished in 9 fow with a green marmooska and a wax worm. Still a good 20-24 inches of ice on the main body.

Me? Come Saturday, I'll be standing in a river, wearing waders with a fly rod in hand!
My camera took a crap, so, I don't know if I'll have any pics. I gotta go to wally world for a few items for the trip...I'll see if I can find a cheap camera to replace mine till it's fixed.

A buddy was sitting on the bank taking pictures with my daughters camera.
(sorry the pics suck)
We caught a few fish.....
I caught a looper at first that came off just before I landed it, then I caught an unclipped steelhead that had to be released.
Then, he caught a looper that he kept.
Fishing wasl a little slow, but should turn on strong here pretty soon.
The river was pretty low, and not flowing as much as last year.
Still, we had a good time, and was fun to fish some open water again!
