A pick-up truck broke thru the ice on Buffalo lake thursday, Dec 24.  The truck went in at the north access, only 20-25ft from shore.

It won't surprise me if we hear more of this with the snow then rain then snow & cold.. doesn't usually make for good ice with the weight & erosion..

Just remember All that snow did "NO GOOD" for the ice!!!  So everyone be safe when you are out there and have a great time fishing when you can!!!!        GGM!!!

Driver and truck came out ok, only pride really hurt. The front of truck went down in 2ft of water, but was towing a trailer and 4 wheeler. Needed a tow truck to remove pick-up from lake.
